today my sister told me that my nephew had a bad day.
the poor kid got backhanded by an eighth grader on his way to the office. backhanded across the face.
who the hell does that to someone else? and who the hell just up and decides that it's perfectly ok to backhand a little sixth grader?
lane took it and didnt retaliate...he's a better person than me. i'm sure it shocked the hell out of him and i am just feeling really sucker punched and sick for him. speechless, actually.
what kind of person does that to someone else? who raises kids like that? i can just imagine what this kid's parents are like...
poor lane. this is all in grade six...his first year in this school and certainly not his last...poor lane. it's all i can say.
